By reading and correcting the CV of VHV’ members directly, Alex Tran helped them to realize the important role of a CV, to let them know what was a passable CV as well as how to meet the demand of the recruiter’s requests. According to Alex Tran, there were 2 main steps to apply a CV. The first step was understanding the job’s requirements. Then you would capture the demand of recruiters and realized your truly abilities. Beside the theory, Alex Tran gave some reality situations to VHV’s members. They had to persuade and debate with each other’s. The way they analyzed the situations would help them to build up their CV’s content fitted with job’s position. The next important step was design a complete CV. In Alex Tran’s opinions, an attractive CV was a professional designed one and it was easy to read. The applicant should made their CV brief, creative and showed off their own character. They should added some images, avoided the interminableness and stereotype. Especially, they must showed their straightness with the recruiter. Alex Tran said that the international degrees would be the highlight of the CV. The graduators should applied in foreign enterprises because there were the place gave you a lot of experiences. The training helped our members improve their experiences to create a professional CV and understanding how to persuade with the recruiter. And with this background, they would have the useful skills to support them in the future.
