As planned, VHV Administration hosted a meeting in which multiple issues including future activities will be summarized and discussed. There will be lots of events occurring on May including the new administrative personnel in the South. The contents of this meeting are as below:

• Briefing activities within Teaching, Communication, IT, and Logistic Groups in the previous month
• Discussing how to best enhance VHV management and activities

Recruiting upcoming members who will take charge of VHV South’s activities
